Modesta Paulauskaitė has work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at One Click LCA since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Agile Search from November 2021 to May 2023 in the same role. Modesta also worked at Schibsted Suomi Oy from December 2021 to August 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist via Agile Search. Previously, Modesta was the Chief Officer in the International Relations Division at the National Audit Office of Lithuania from January 2019 to July 2021. Modesta also had administrative trainee positions at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to Ireland, Lithuanian Culture Institute, and European Information Office of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.
Modesta Paulauskaitė completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Services from Vilnius University from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Culture Communication and Globalization, specializing in International Relations and the Global Order, from Aalborg University from 2016 to 2018.
