Evan Wise is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in non-profit and counseling sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Advancement at One Collective since September 2017, Evan leads global marketing strategies to facilitate community-centered initiatives. As the founder of Rally Point Counseling, Evan has overseen the growth of the organization from its inception to multiple offices, managing operational aspects including insurance and HIPAA compliance. With a strong freelance background as a Marketing & Business Growth Consultant, Evan has helped numerous organizations refine their messaging and enhance engagement. Previous roles include editing and videography at Anomaly Video, floor supervision at Wayside Cross Ministries, and ministry assistance at Christ Community Church. Evan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Thomas Edison State University.

We send trained leaders into communities around the world who come alongside locals and listen carefully to their needs and strengths. We stick with communities long-term, caring for economic, physical, and spiritual needs. We search for the invisible, and our leaders bring people from the community and others together to help the oppressed.
