Jim Olsen

Jim Olsen has extensive experience in mission work and community engagement, currently serving as a Missionary and director of El Refugio, a training and retreat center in Calacalí, Ecuador, with One Collective since August 2011. In addition to a role as director of communications, Jim coordinates worship experiences for Youth World alongside Suzy at bi-weekly gatherings and annual events. Prior to their current positions, Jim gained experience as a Leasing Agent with PPM Homes and as an Outdoor Youth Adventure Program Manager at Lone Mountain Ranch, where responsibilities included training counselors and developing youth programs. Jim began their career as a Camp Counselor at Inspiration Point Bible Camp. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Applied Communication from Concordia College and a certificate in Advanced Medium Spanish from Instituto de Lengua Española.
