Marianna J. has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications roles. Marianna started their career as a PR & Communications Intern at Spalt PR in 2012. Marianna then worked as a Sales Consultant at THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP from 2013 to 2014. After that, they served as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Global Blue from 2015 to 2016. Following this, Marianna joined Nordic Morning as a Junior Consultant from 2017 to 2018. Marianna also had a brief role as a Content Manager during this time. In 2018, Marianna became a Digital Specialist at Precis Digital, where they consulted e-commerce brands and helped them grow in sales. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Digital Planner at Dagmar, focusing on growth marketing and data-driven advertising strategies. Marianna then became a Senior Digital Planner at the same company from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Marianna joined Lamia as a Growth Marketing Strategist, where they provided e-commerce business consultations and developed growth plans for clients. Currently, they work as a Performance Marketing Manager at one.com, focusing on improving marketing performance, revenue models, and data usage across various channels. Marianna has consistently delivered quantifiable improvements in ROI and other sales-related metrics throughout their career.

Marianna J. started their education at Kulosaari Upper & Lower Secondary School from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained their Secondary School Certificate & Finnish Matriculation Examination. Following that, they attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a BSc in International Fashion & Branding with a focus on International Marketing.

In 2012 and 2013, Marianna also studied at the University for the Creative Arts, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Promotion, with a specialization in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.

In 2017, Marianna attended the Digital Excellence Academy offered by Saranen Consulting in Collaboration with Google, focusing on Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

In terms of additional certifications, Marianna obtained the following qualifications: Critical and Strategic Thinking in Practice from FutureLearn in July 2022, Emotional Intelligence in Practice from FutureLearn in May 2022, Search Ads 360 from Google in September 2021, and Foundations of UX design from Google in August 2021.
