Martine Tol Clausen

Martine Tol Clausen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer communication and support. Currently serving as Head of Customer Content at one.com since November 2007, Martine oversees all written communication, including customer emails, web applications, and blog posts. In previous roles at one.com, Martine managed the Dutch Support team and project-managed internal documentation, focusing on employee training and development, as well as handling complex customer cases. Prior experience includes freelance translation for Notabene, journalism at Indvandrer TV, and customer service roles at Orange and BSC van Wissen. Martine holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede and a college degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Pascal College.
