Joe Melchionda has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Joe currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience at One Door, where they are responsible for overseeing all customer-facing teams and providing pre-sales and operational support. Before Marketo, Joe worked at Aprimo as a Sr. Consultant & Project/Engagement Manager, providing consulting and project management services to global clients across various industries. Joe received accolades for their excellent performance and managed multimillion-dollar engagements.

Joe also has experience as an Owner/CEO of their own business, where they provided general contracting, project management, and consulting services. Additionally, they held managerial roles at Boston Children's Hospital, Boston Medical Center, and Boston City Hospital, where they worked on enterprise-wide IT initiatives, systems integration, and program management.

Joe Melchionda obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Northeastern University between the years 1988 and 1996. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including PMP from the Project Management Institute in April 2014, MA Real Estate Salesperson from the MA Dept of Consumer Affairs in December 2006, MA Construction Supervisor from the MA Dept of Public Safety in September 2006, and MA Home Improvement Contractor from the MA Dept of Public Safety in September 2006.
