Candice Brown-McElyea

Candice Brown-McElyea has a wealth of experience in the real estate and public relations industries. Candice began their career in 2009 as the Promotions & Public Relations Manager for Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, Inc. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the same company, where they were responsible for coordinating and overseeing all marketing, advertising, website, social marketing, signage, collateral, media and public relations. That same year, they founded and became President of One Eight Oh PR and co-founded and became Owner and Co-Founder of Politically Personal, Inc. In 2013, they became an On-Air TV Host/Producer for SNN LOCAL NEWS 6. In 2016, they became an On-Air Guest Host for Suncoast View ABC7. In 2019, they became a Real Estate Agent/Blogger for Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and in 2020, they became a Host/Producer for The Listing Colorado/Florida. In 2021, they became a Partner for Avenue Real Estate Services.

Candice Brown-McElyea attended Riverview High School from 1988 to 1992. Candice then attended San Diego State University from 1992 to 1993, studying Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. Finally, they attended the University of Florida from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Telecommunication/News.
