One-Eighty Counseling
Dr. Autumn Schoonover, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in providing individual and family therapy, particularly focusing on children, teens, and young adults dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Currently serving at One-Eighty Counseling since June 2023, Dr. Schoonover previously held roles at Monarch, where responsibilities included oversight of a therapeutic team and crisis intervention services, and at ABC Pediatrics, providing integrated mental health care. Dr. Schoonover's background also includes managing an e-commerce business, serving as an urgent support counselor at East Carolina University, and engaging in internships focused on crisis intervention and advocacy for sexual assault victims. Dr. Schoonover is pursuing a Doctorate of Social Work from Barry University, following a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
One-Eighty Counseling
One-Eighty Counseling offers individual counseling as well as family counseling and group counseling. Our providers also provide marriage counseling, couples therapy, and parenting support. We offer adult psychological evaluations for ADHD, personality disorders, mood disorders, pre-surgical evaluation for bariatric surgery, and more. We will endeavor to earn your trust so that you can open up to us in a way that you may not be able to open up to friends and family. We are in net-work with most private insurances and accept private pay as well.
