Mike Westbury is the General Manager at one eighty recruitment, leading a team of expert recruiters specializing in critical leadership roles in the property and construction sectors in New Zealand. Previously, Mike was the National Practice Manager at Beyond Services Limited managing teams in Auckland and Wellington providing recruitment services to the Engineering and Technical sectors nationwide. Before that, Mike was the Team Manager at Hays for the Construction & Property team in Wellington. Mike holds a BCA in Human Resources & Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington.
