Eathan Baumgartner

Eathan Baumgartner has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Field Engineer at One Energy since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Engineer Co-op at One Energy, where they developed technology for automated geospatial analysis and software for organizing data. Eathan also created Excel macros for data analysis and automation.

Before joining One Energy, Eathan worked at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) from 2014 to 2020. Eathan started as a Level One Information Technology Support - Student Worker, where they performed equipment audits and resolved technical issues at the helpdesk. Later, they became a Level Two Information Technology Support - Student Worker and enhanced their skills in server technologies, IT support, and communication between departments.

Eathan also gained experience at Safran as an Environmental EHS Co-op, where they identified and fixed inaccuracies in the cooling tower emission estimation method. At Cummins Inc., they worked as an Environmental EHS Intern, compiling comprehensive reports analyzing waste data, conducting inspections for compliance, and coordinating waste disposal.

Eathan Baumgartner pursued their education at the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they focused on their field of study, Environmental Engineering, and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree.
