Charlie Cole

Charlie Cole has held the position of Partner at One Equity Partners since November 2016, having previously served as an Associate at the same firm from October 2012 to December 2014. In addition to ongoing responsibilities at One Equity Partners, Charlie holds multiple board positions, including roles at Prime Time Healthcare, Momentum Manufacturing Group, Spartronics, Ernest Health, MediaKind, and CDI LLC. Prior involvement includes being an Athlete for USRowing from January 2015 to August 2016 and co-founding Milestone Academic Counseling from January 2009 to August 2012. Charlie holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
