Jess Garcia

Jess Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and forensics, currently serving as CEO and Security & Forensics Analyst at One eSecurity since February 2007. In addition, Jess has been a Senior Instructor at SANS Institute since November 2002 and President of Insectra Technology Services since February 2007. Previous roles include Security Analyst as an Independent Security Consultant from January 2005 to February 2007 and Systems, Network & Security Engineer at Instituto Nacional Técnica Aeroespacial (INTA) from February 1996 to December 2005. Jess Garcia holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, with educational pursuits ongoing since 1989.
