One Executive (One X) was founded to address the unacceptably high rate of failure in executive appointments that runs as high as 50% in many growth companies. What sets us apart as a leading Executive Search firm is BEYOND, a proprietary profiling program of unfakeable behavioural and neuroscientific testing which examines the behavioural leadership fit between an existing leadership team (ELT) and shortlisted candidates.

Unlike any other search firm globally, we start by understanding the ELT that is in place and then seek executives with complimentary leadership behavioural preferences, not just the industry expertise, skills, and experience. BEYOND is not a cultural fit tool, it is far deeper and looks at the neuroscience of high performing teams and how executives combine to deliver outstanding results. The success rate since inception speaks for itself and currently sits at 96.2%.

Our global network includes offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Dubai, Riyadh, Austin and London.

Many executives fit a profile. But will that profile fit your organisation?
