Jessica Telles

Jessica Telles has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Jessica started their career as a Business Captain at FIRST Robotics Competiton Team 4592 in 2016 and continued in the role until 2018. In 2017, they also became the Team Captain at FIRST Robotics Team 4592, leading the team for a year.

In 2017, Jessica joined One Firefly as a Marketing Intern, and later progressed to become a Client Support Associate in 2019. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Special Projects Coordinator in 2021 and further advanced to become a Corporate Programs Specialist in 2022. Their responsibilities in these roles included coordinating projects, supporting clients, and implementing new tools and processes to enhance program efficiency. Currently, Jessica serves as a Senior Corporate Programs Specialist at One Firefly, where they oversee the onboarding process for new Manufacturer Partners and provides leadership to apprentices. Their tenure at One Firefly is ongoing.

Additionally, Jessica had an internship experience at HealthDatix, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, where they gained valuable skills and knowledge.

Jessica Telles has a diverse education history. Jessica obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, where they studied from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the same institution, studying from 2018 to 2020. Jessica also holds a High School Diploma from McArthur High School, which they obtained in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained several certifications. Jessica became an Adobe Certified Associate in Rich Media Communication using Adobe Flash CS6 in February 2018. Jessica also earned certifications in Print and Digital Media Publication using Adobe InDesign CS6 and Web Communication using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, both in November 2017. Jessica further expanded their skills with a Social Media Marketing Certification Course from HubSpot Academy in April 2021. Additionally, they became a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant through the National Healthcareer Association in April 2018.
