Doerte Hirschberg

Doerte Hirschberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, business development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a General Partner at Climentum Capital since January 2021, Doerte focuses on investments in early-stage European companies aimed at decarbonization. Additional roles include board memberships at Jolt, Continuum Composite Recycling, and Fermify, among others, and a board observer position at one • five. Previously, Doerte held leadership positions at HelloFresh, Rocket Internet SE, and McKinsey & Company, with responsibilities ranging from strategic growth initiatives to venture development and HR leadership. Doerte holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from LMU, completed in 2006.
