Shane McCutchen

Shane McCutchen has over 20 years of banking experience and has held various senior-level roles in commercial banking. Shane began their career at Wells Fargo Financial as an Assistant Branch Manager. Shane then moved on to Wachovia, where they served as a Vice President Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager and later as a Licensed Financial Specialist - Assistant Vice President. In these roles, Shane focused on acquiring, managing, and growing profitable account relationships with medium-sized business customers. Shane joined Seacoast Bank in 2011 as a Senior Vice President Commercial Banker, where they played a pivotal role in growing the bank's presence in the Central Florida market. With their expertise in commercial lending, Shane managed large commercial and institutional relationships while also developing new ones. In 2013, they briefly worked at Accelerate - Seacoast Bank Commercial Division as a Vice President Accelerator. In 2020, they joined One Florida Bank as a Senior Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager, bringing their extensive experience and skills to help the bank expand in the Central Florida markets.

Shane McCutchen attended Oak Ridge High School from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. After completing high school, they went on to enroll at the University of Florida from 1997 to 2001. During their time at the university, Shane focused on Marketing and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree.
