Brian Brumfield

Brian Brumfield has over 30 years of extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Brian currently serves as the VP Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at ONE Gas, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were with Tucson Electric Power from 2013 to 2022, where they held the positions of Controller and Director of Corporate and Financial Accounting. During their tenure at Tucson Electric Power, they focused on process optimization, continuous improvement, and team development.

Before joining Tucson Electric Power, Brian worked at City of Seattle - City Light as a Controller from 2010 to 2013, where they established a culture of accountability and achieved process improvements by partnering with internal customers. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as an Accounting Advisor at Arizona Public Service (APS), providing compliance support and implementing accounting controls.

Brian also held various roles at APS Energy Services, TNCI, Titan Motorcycle Co of America, Arizona Public Service (APS), Avnet, and Rogers Corporation. These roles encompassed responsibilities such as finance management, risk assessment, financial modeling, external financial reporting, and budgeting.
