Courtney Anzalone Steichen

Courtney Anzalone Steichen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of geophysics, data science, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Process Improvement Consultant at ONE Gas since May 2024, Courtney provides strategic direction and training to enhance business processes. Previously, at SLB from May 2011 to April 2024, Courtney held multiple key roles, including Senior Staff Geophysicist and Data Scientist, where innovative algorithm development and machine learning techniques were utilized to enhance data accuracy and processing efficiency. Additional leadership as a Project Manager and Senior Project Leader involved successfully guiding teams in complex seismic data interpretation and ensuring high-quality project deliveries. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, set to be completed in January 2026, and a Post Graduate Certification in Data Science & Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin.
