Dene Roseburr-Olotu

Dene Roseburr-Olotu currently serves as the Director of Inclusion and Diversity at ONE Gas, having previously held the position of Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Central Oklahoma from January 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing and managing DEI initiatives across the campus. Prior experience at Oklahoma State University included roles as Inclusion Leadership Program Coordinator and Admissions Counselor Team Lead, focusing on program leadership and outreach to diverse populations. Dene holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Adult and Higher Education at the University of Oklahoma.
