Jose de Alba

Jose De Alba is an experienced Operations Manager currently at ONE Gas, a position held since July 2002. Prior to this role, Jose served as a Project Manager at Delphi from May 1998 to June 2002 and at ECM Consultants from May 1996 to March 1998. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and a Master's degree in Construction Management from ITC - Instituto Tecnologico de la Construccion. Additionally, Jose is a Certified Pipeline Welding Inspector (CPWI) from the National Welding Inspection School.
