Kate Starr is an experienced professional with a robust background in inclusion and diversity initiatives, fundraising, and program development. Currently serving as an Inclusion & Diversity Programs Consultant at ONE Gas since October 2018, Kate has previously held roles including Donor Engagement Manager and Affinity Group Manager at Tulsa Area United Way, where responsibilities included driving revenue and engagement for key initiatives.
