Shamane Glover

Shamane (Shay) Glover is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and career counseling, currently serving as Supervisor of Talent Acquisition at ONE Gas since July 2019, where responsibilities include developing relationships with university stakeholders and overseeing campus recruiting strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Academic Counselor at the University of Oklahoma, providing academic and career guidance to students, and leadership as Youth Pastor and Director of Communications at Lighthouse Worship Center. Earlier positions include roles in insurance production with State Farm and Vaughn Insurance Agency, along with experience in administrative support and student internship coordination. Shamane holds a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Southwestern Christian University, graduating summa cum laude.
