Emmett Bane, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of HR and Senior Vice President at One GI® since June 2024. Prior to this role, Emmett held the position of Head of HR/Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AdhereHealth, LLC from May 2022 to June 2024, and served as Director of Human Resources and Strategic Initiatives at Alliance HealthCare Services from June 2019 to May 2022. Emmett has extensive experience as a strategic HR leader, partnering with executive teams to implement transformational HR programs and drive organizational goals. Previous roles also include Director and Strategic HR Business Partner at SantaFe Senior Living and Director of Human Resources at Endless Horizons. Emmett Bane holds multiple degrees from East Tennessee State University, including an MBA and an Executive MBA, and a B.S. in Business Administration from King University.
