In these roles, Erin negotiated and managed payor-provider contracts and accounts, both nationally and regionally, exceeding $1 billion in revenue. Erin also worked at Aetna as a Contract Coordinator from 2014 to 2015, managing payor-provider negotiations and ensuring contract compliance. Before that, they served as a Network Provider Services Representative at Community Health Solutions of America from 2012 to 2014, where they maintained and strengthened the provider network and conducted recruitment and contracting for a regional territory. Additionally, Erin has experience in finance and healthcare administration, having worked as a Patient Account Representative at Fresenius Medical Care in 2011 and as a Physical Therapy Technician at Kenner Orthopedic & Sports Therapy from 2009 to 2010. Erin started their career as an Event Coordinator (Internship) at Pelican Graphics & Pelican Events in 2009 and as a Management Trainee at OMNI BANK from 2007 to 2009.
