Mike Harper

Mike Harper has extensive experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mike is currently the Chief Financial Officer at One GI® since 2021. Before that, they held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Southeast Primary Care Partners, LLC in 2021. In 2020, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. From 2017 to 2019, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer at Urgent Care Group. Prior to that, they held various roles at SpecialtyCare, including Vice-President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Vice President of Physician Services. Before joining SpecialtyCare, Mike worked as a Principal at H4 Consulting, where they provided consulting services in financial analysis and business development for healthcare start-ups. Mike also served as the Vice President of Development at Ambulatory Services of America, Inc. and held key leadership positions at Renal Care Group, now Fresenius Medical Care. Mike Harper attended Lipscomb University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management. Mike also holds a CPA certification in Tennessee, obtained in 1990, although it is currently inactive.
