Randy Dorsten MBA, SPHR currently serves as EVP/CHRO at One GI since June 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across multiple organizations. Prior roles include HR Leadership at UofL Health in 2020-2021, VP of Human Resources and Strategy at naviHealth from 2019 to 2020, and various strategic positions at HCA between 2010 and 2019, including AVP HR Strategy and Planning and Corporate Director of Organizational Effectiveness. Earlier career experience includes senior roles in education and development at Ingenix (A UnitedHealth Group Company), Cerner, Hyperion, Integrated Dealer Systems, and Reynolds and Reynolds. Randy Dorsten holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Kansas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
