Robert Fratoni

Robert Fratoni is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product at One Green Apple since August 2024. Previously, Robert held multiple roles at Phenom from July 2021 to August 2024, including Product Manager for High Volume Hiring and Video Experience. Before that, Robert spent nearly a decade at One Green Apple, starting as a Product Manager and progressing to Director of Product Management, and also worked in roles related to Customer Success and Quality Assurance. Earlier career experience includes an Implementation Specialist position, Project Manager, QA Lead, and Strategic Business Development Assistant at Data View, Inc. Robert holds a degree from Penn State University.
