Vanessa Elias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Progressive People (Australia) Pty Ltd since July 2022, Vanessa leads a team with over 30 years of combined experience in IT recruitment. As Managing Director of both One Group Co and One Group Professional Services since May 2012, Vanessa oversees a range of offerings including labour hire, payroll, and workforce training. Previous roles include General Manager of New South Wales at Randstad from February 2006 to March 2012. Vanessa's educational background includes a Diploma in Human Resources from Seek Learning and completing programs at the Institute of Strategic Management and Maxwell Services.
