One Health Link Inc is a Connecticut-based health technology company that provides an AI driven technology platform to support Value-Based Care.

Healthcare is shifting from a volume-based to value-based payment model with the largest payor in the country, CMS, being the primary proponent for this change.  This presents new challenges to key stakeholders.  For providers and pharmaceutical companies, new tools and capabilities are needed to identify common value metrics to support a value-based contract design and risk sharing arrangements.  Further, they need better tools to help effectively manage risk to optimize financial outcomes.  For health plans, their current contracting and claim processing infrastructure cannot support a value-based payment model.  They also need more cost-effective member engagement tools to manage risk and improve outcomes.  

We equip providers and payors with smart tools that enable value-based payment and improve population health management.  Our technology platform consists of 2 product modules, ValueGen and HealthGen.
