Andreas Urban

Andreas Urban has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Andreas is currently the VP of Engineering at ONE HIRING since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Trade Republic from 2020 to 2022, where they served as the Engineering Lead Growth and Engineering Manager. At Trade Republic, Andreas was responsible for building and leading product engineering teams, launching new countries, implementing agile methodologies, and coaching and mentoring engineers, leaders, and PMs.
