Kara Bordeaux

Kara Bordeaux is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and programs management, currently serving as the Business Owner of Total Life Wellness PLLC since December 2022. In addition, Kara has held multiple roles at One Hope United since August 2020, including Senior Director of Programs, Director of Programs, and Assistant Director of Programs, as well as Intact Supervisor. From April 2021, Kara has also worked as a counselor at The Juniper Center. Previously, positions included Qualified Mental Health Professional at Wexford Health Sources and various roles at CALL FOR HELP, INC., such as Sexual Assault Program Director and Counseling Coordinator. Additionally, Kara contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Southwestern Illinois College and acted as a Graduate Student Lead Mentor and Research Assistant during studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where Kara earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
