Andrew Hartnett

Andrew Hartnett is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at One Identity since November 2024 and a member of the Board of Advisors for Trinity University's Computer Science department. With a robust advisory role at Confluent and Set Solutions, Andrew has also founded BrightBox Advisory, focusing on guiding startups in the FinTech and HealthTech sectors. Previous positions include Vice President of Software Engineering at New Relic, Director of Software Engineering at Liquid Web, and Director of Software Engineering at Rackspace. Throughout a notable career in software engineering and organizational transformation, Andrew has effectively driven innovation, established strategic visions, and developed high-performing teams. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.
