Matt Goldberg

Matt Goldberg serves as the Global Head of Legal for One Identity, overseeing the global legal team while also acting as Assistant General Counsel for Quest Software. With extensive experience in corporate law, Matt has held various roles including General Counsel at Dynamic Signal, and SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ServiceSource International, where substantial deals were negotiated with major enterprise clients. In addition to current responsibilities at One Identity and Bonterms as a volunteer committee member, Matt operates as a consultant at Upshot Law, advising early-stage companies on fundraising and compliance. An accomplished legal professional with a background in corporate and securities law, Matt has worked with prestigious firms like Gunderson Dettmer LLP and DLA Piper, and possesses advanced degrees in law from The George Washington University and Temple University Japan, along with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
