Darko Jovanovski

Darko Jovanovski is an experienced professional in capacity planning and customer relations, currently serving as the Capacity Planning Manager at VASS North Macedonia since August 2022. In this role, Darko is responsible for optimizing resource allocation, ensuring efficient workflows, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational productivity through data trend analysis and forecasting. Prior to this position, Darko worked at EVN Macedonia from July 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of 30 in customer care for 50,000 electricity users and overseeing projects aimed at reducing energy losses and facilitating new customer connections. Darko's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Power Transmission Installation from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje, completed in June 2015.
