Rachel Small

Rachel Small is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in guest services and management. Currently serving as a Guest Services Specialist at One King West Hotel & Residence since August 2019, Rachel oversees check-in and check-out procedures, coordinates guest requests, and supports departmental customer service efforts utilizing various operational systems. Prior roles include Duty Manager, Night Auditor, and Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites and Front Desk Agent at Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade, where Rachel managed guest complaints, trained staff, and maintained high revenue standards. With previous experience as a Guest Service Manager at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Center, Rachel handled VIP guests and contributed to revenue growth strategies while also engaging in cross-training initiatives within the hotel. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree from Royal Roads University in Global Tourism Management and has pursued further studies in Korean Studies at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
