Linda Kim

Linda Kim is the Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at One Legal. Linda has over 18 years of experience working in the non-profit sector with a focus on social justice. Linda has held various leadership positions including Deputy Director at OneJustice and Vice President of Client Services at Community Initiatives. In their current role, Linda is responsible for designing and launching a philanthropic program from the ground up. Linda has anchored CSR objectives with core business to ensure sustainability for our community impact. Linda has also led the company in an employee-driven 1% Pledge, donating product, time, and profit to the nonprofits that support social justice and help communities thrive. In addition, they have forged community-informed partnerships to ensure our nonprofit grantees have an equal and ongoing voice in product donations, funding, and volunteer engagements.

Linda Kim has a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, an Executive Education in Leadership, Innovation, and Strategic Communications from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Year Abroad Program in Sustainable Development from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR. Linda also has certification from OneJustice in Executive Fellowship Certificate of Nonprofit Management and from the State Bar of California in Member.

They work with Jeffrey H. Karotkin - Vice President of Operations, Vanessa Davis - Vice President of Product, and Bobby Neirs - Senior Director of Operations. Linda Kim reports to Robert Defilippis, Chief Executive Officer.
