Charles T. Carter

Charles T. Carter is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in engineering management and product development. Recently serving as the Director of Creative Pursuits during a sabbatical, Charles focused on painting, mindfulness, and gardening. Prior to this, Charles held the role of Sr Engineering Manager at One Medical/Amazon, leading the Clinical Data Platform team in delivering a secure and scalable data infrastructure. Previous positions include Engineering Leader at NS1, Sr Manager of Software Engineering at Rackspace Technology, VP of Engineering at MeshWorks Communications, and Director of Engineering at PDS Energy. Charles also played pivotal roles in earlier startups and organizations, contributing significantly to technology strategies and team development across various industries. Educational accomplishments include studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, The University of Texas at Arlington, San Antonio College, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology/Berkeley.
