Jacqueline Declue

Jacqueline DeClue is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at One Medical since March 2021, where previous roles included Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked at Achievement First from July 2018 to March 2021 as a Senior Associate in School Leader Recruitment and Talent Partner. Jacqueline's earlier experience includes positions as Lead Teacher and Associate Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools, Recruitment Administrator at ROADS Charter High Schools, and a Recruitment Intern at the same institution. Jacqueline also gained experience as a Communications Intern at the Embassy of France in the United States in the summer of 2014. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and French from Franklin & Marshall College, supplemented by a study period at the Institute of American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France in 2014.
