Mark Valade

Mark Valade is a seasoned technology compliance professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology Compliance at One Medical since October 2019, Mark has been instrumental in advancing the technology compliance function. Previously, as the Director of IT Security & Compliance at iRhythm Technologies, Mark led significant privacy and compliance programs addressing SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and CalCPA. Mark also held leadership roles at Applied Materials, Armanino McKenna, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on IT audit, risk management, and compliance. Initial career experience includes establishing the IT Audit function at UCSF and serving as a Senior IT Auditor across multiple healthcare and energy organizations. Mark holds a degree from Siena Heights University.
