Adam Schaible

Adam Schaible serves as the Head Miller at One Mighty Mill since January 2023, focusing on revolutionizing the industrial food manufacturing sector through the stone milling of local wheat. Previously, Adam held the position of Superintendent for the Wright Elementary School District from July 2016 to July 2022, overseeing all district operations under the direction of the Governing Board. Prior to that, Adam exemplified district leadership as Principal and Superintendent at Dunham Elementary School/District from 2011 to May 2016, and as Principal at Willowside Middle School from July 2007 to July 2011, where a strong emphasis was placed on instructional leadership and student achievement. Adam also contributed as Assistant Principal and English Teacher at West Sonoma County Union High School District from July 2005 to June 2007. Adam earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sonoma State University and a degree in English from UC Santa Barbara, complementing earlier education at the State University of New York at Fredonia and Voorheesville High School.
