Joe Decosmo

Joe DeCosmo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in analytics and technology management. Currently serving as Director at One Million Degrees and Chief Analytics and Technology Officer at Enova International, Joe oversees a team of over 300 professionals in the design and operation of financial technology and analytics services. Joe has held several leadership positions, including Executive Vice President at The Allant Group and Director at West Monroe Partners, where Joe launched an advanced analytics practice. Joe is also active in the academic community as a member of the Advisory Board at UIC College of Business Administration and has served as a board member and former president of the Chicago Chapter of the American Statistical Association. Joe holds an MA in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Economics from Lewis University.
