Tal Gerzon

Tal Gerzon joined One Mind in 2019 as Development Director. Tal started his fundraising career at MEET, which in partnership with MIT brings together Israeli and Palestinian youth to learn computer science, entrepreneurship, and leadership. In his last role, Tal served as the Director of International Foundation & Corporate Giving at Tel Aviv University, working directly with the President, VP of Resource Development, and directors of 12 regional offices. Through a coordinated global strategy, within 5 years the team was successful in doubling the University’s funds raised to over $80 million annually. One Mind’s mission resonates deeply with Tal, who himself has a lived experience with anxiety, along with many of his family members who live with various serious psychiatric illnesses. Tal finds great purpose in his work by combining his personal lived experience with his fundraising expertise in education, leadership, and science.
