Hieu Nguyen

Hieu Nguyen has a diverse range of work experience in market research, strategic planning, and economics. Hieu is currently working as a Market Research Lead at One Mount, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sun Group as a Strategic and Customer Experience Expert, where they conducted background research and feasibility studies on investment opportunities and planned loyalty programs for VIP customers. Before that, they served as the Head of Market Research at PropertyGuru Vietnam from 2019 to 2022. Hieu has also worked as a Market Researcher at Dai Viet Group-DVG, a Senior Market Researcher at Vinservice, and a Revenue Management Analyst at Paymentwall, Inc. Hieu has further experience as an Adjunct Research Associate at the Northwest Economic Research Center, a Research Assistant for Professor John Luke Gallup, a Graduate Assistant at the Department of Economics at Portland State University, and a Researcher at the Northwest Research Center (NERC) at Portland State University.

Hieu Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Investment Economics from Vietnam National Economics University in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics at Portland State University. Hieu also completed several additional certifications courses, including "Intro to SQL: Querying and managing data" from Khan Academy, "Introduction to Marketing" from Coursera, "Introduction to R" from DataCamp, "Introduction to Finance" from Coursera, and "Competitive Strategy" from Coursera.
