Nguyễn Thùy Dương is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development and project management, currently holding the position of Senior Partnership Development Executive at One Mount since July 2021. In this role, Nguyễn Thùy Dương has been instrumental in leading the Horizons Project, an internal innovation program, and overseeing the BeSuccess Program to enhance engagement within the Operations Divisions, comprising over 200 participants. Prior to this, Nguyễn Thùy Dương served as the Secretary to the General Director at Tập Đoàn Vàng Bạc Đá Quý Doji from February 2020 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance from Bangor University and an Associate’s Degree in Commerce from Deakin University.
