Dr Kristy Su

Dr. Kristy Su has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Dr Kristy began their career in 2006 as a Customer Insight Analyst at Westpac New Zealand Limited. Dr Kristy then worked as the Chief Statistician at Harmonic Analytics Limited for nine years before joining Spark New Zealand as a Data Scientist. In 2018, they became a Senior Data Scientist at New Zealand Post. Dr. Su later joined Vodafone, where they served as a Senior Data Scientist and then took on the role of Data Scientist Chapter Lead. Currently, they are working at One New Zealand as the Data Science & Engineering CoE Lead.

Dr Kristy Su received their education in statistics from The University of Auckland. Dr Kristy obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), as well as a Master of Science (MSci) with first class honors, and a Bachelor of Science (BSci) degree between 1998 and 2007.
