Kati Turver

Kati Turver has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Partnering at One New Zealand since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading the people strategy and experience for the Consumer & Business function. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for both Small to Medium Enterprises and the Consumer Director at One New Zealand, as well as a People and Talent Business Partner for Vodafone Retail. Kati's earlier experience includes positions at Canon New Zealand Limited, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, the Ministry of Justice, Arrow International, and Grosvenor Group. Kati holds a Bachelor of Business from Auckland University of Technology, a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, and a BA Hons in International Business from Rennes School of Business.
