Senthil Kumar

Senthil Kumar is a skilled Radio Frequency Design Engineer currently working at One New Zealand since June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Vodafone New Zealand from August 2020 to June 2023, where Senthil contributed to the expansion of the 5G network and coordinated with stakeholders for a reliable mobile network. Previously, Senthil worked at Spark New Zealand from November 2014 to March 2020, undertaking key responsibilities in network quality maintenance, UMTS and LTE rollout, and involvement in significant projects, including the Rugby World Cup 2019. Senthil began as an Associate RF Engineer, gaining practical experience in mobile network planning and design. Education includes a Master of Engineering Studies in Telecommunications and Control Engineering from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Engineering College.
