Mikael Gustafsson

Mikael has many years of broad experience from leading positions in both large and medium-sized companies. Most recently, he comes from the management of Volvo Buss, where he is globally responsible for quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, he has held roles as CEO and CEO at various industrial companies in the automation and consulting industry, such as Semcon, ElektroAutomatik, Nimbus Gruop, etc. He also has a professional sports career behind him as a sailor, including the America's Cup, the World Cup in match -racing as well as several EC and WC in various classes. Mikael has had several board assignments over the years and is a civil engineer from Chalmers in Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding.
