Alex Sher

Alex Sher is a seasoned Senior CX Design Strategist at One North since June 2022, with previous experience as a Design Strategist at IBM, where collaboration with tech sales and clients in a pre-sales capacity enhanced solution co-creation and sales. Prior roles include serving as Senior and Experience Designer at Lextech Global Services, focusing on empowering employee experiences through innovative design methodologies. Alex has also contributed as a Service Design Consultant for Harvard Law School, synthesized user research as a User Experience Researcher for a Fortune 500 homebuilder, and held leadership positions at Design for America, managing student teams and social impact projects. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, further enhancing a commitment to impactful design and community engagement.
