With a strong background in housekeeping management, Laura was the Director of Housekeeping at both Sea Island Company and Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, achieving notable accolades such as AAA 5 Diamond and Forbes Five Star ratings. Laura's extensive career also includes various positions at Trump International Hotel, encompassing front office operations and guest services. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and an Associate of Science in Hotel and Travel Tourism from Lasell University.
